Software Related to the Individual's Disability

Prior approval is required.

Each type of software requires separate approval.

Repurchases of the same Software require new prior approval.

The amount requested for reimbursement for the cost of the service/item cannot exceed the amount listed on the FI prior approval email, but certain additional costs such as taxes can be added on.

Software purchased must be submitted for reimbursements within 6 months of the prior approval.
