Community Classes

  • Prior approval is required.

  • Each class requires separate approvals, even if the provider is approved for other classes or the class is approved for other individuals that Yedei Chesed provides services to.

    • If the class was not attended, the cost of the class cannot be reimbursed, even if the class was pre-paid.

  • By default, individual classes are only approved for attendance up to 5 times a week. If more classes are needed per week, prior approval is required. Please mention to the Approvals Coordinator if you are interested in attending more than 5 times per week.

    • If any elements, such as the rate/fee on the prior approval form change, the invoice in eVero will be rejected, and an updated approval will need to be requested. Please refer to "IDGS Prior Approvals" for more information (click here).

  • Classes can be processed as reimbursements or as Direct Payments to the community class provider.

    • Community Classes that are set up for direct payment will be entered and processed in eVero by a Direct Pay Coordinator. Please do not submit Direct Pay invoices in eVero. Please send the attachment to FI@Yedei.org.
