• Functional clothing items, such as coats, scarves, hats, gloves, shoes, and belts can be reimbursed.

• Taxes can be included in the reimbursement.

• Alterations and fashionable accessories, such as bowties/neckties and jewelry, cannot be reimbursed.

• Shipping cannot be reimbursed.

“Attachment”

• The date of purchase must be listed on the attachment.

• A breakdown of items purchased is needed on the attachment.

  • If the attachment is for multiple items, then a breakdown of items purchased is needed on the attachment or in the “Description” section.
