Prior approval is required.
The amount requested for reimbursement for the cost of the service/item cannot exceed the amount listed on the FI prior approval email, but certain additional costs such as taxes, shipping, and handling can be added on.
The reimbursement cannot exceed the amount that was paid for the item.
Discounted prices do not need an updated Approval.
Repurchases of the same item will still require a new prior approval.
Items purchased must be submitted for reimbursement within 6 months of receiving the prior approval. Otherwise, a new prior approval may be required.
‘One-time-services’ purchased should be submitted for reimbursements as soon as possible and within 6 months of receiving the prior approval.
