Telehealth - How to clock out
Reminder: Service Documentation must be entered prior to ending a session.
Below is a recap of general instructions for clocking out under Com-Hab.
Further down, are additional requirements for Telehealth sessions to ensure all steps are completed correctly.
Clocking out
When you are ready to end a session:
Select the “Stop” button.

A pop-up may appear notifying you how much time is left until the next unit. Select "Continue".

A pop up will appear asking if the session should end. Select "Yes".

Note: This will take you to the Service Summary screen. See below for more information.
Service Summary - Telehealth
This section is typically for the Individual/Designee to review the session details. If GPS Location Services were not enabled either at the start or end of the session, the details will need to be manually added now in addition to documenting reason location details were not recorded.
Select “Unable to Capture Signature During Session” (because this is Telehealth, the Individual/Designee must sign off on the hours worked at a later time, from their own portal account).

Select the “Telehealth Summary” button to move on to the next section.

Complete all fields of the “Telehealth Summary” (fields completed initially after clocking in will not need to be completed again).

Once completed, select “Save” on the upper right-hand corner of the screen to complete the clock-out process.

A pop-up message will inform you that you have been successfully punched out of the program.

Press "Ok". You will then be returned to the home screen.
