Service Summary

This section is for the Individual/Designee to review the session details and sign off on the hours.

Additionally, if GPS Location Services were not enabled either at the start or end of the session, the details will need to be manually added now in addition to documenting reason location details were not recorded.

Self-Directing Individuals under the age of 18 with Self-Hired Com-Hab or Respite in the budget, will no longer have the option to review/sign off on staff hours via the Staff mobile app. Review of a staff's hours will need to be completed via the family web portal or family mobile app. Upon reaching 18 years of age, please reach out to your FI Coordinator so the setting can be updated.

This ensures all reviews of a staff's hours are completed only by authorized users.

How to sign

1. If they are available, the Self-Directed Person/Designee can select the "Sign" button.

2. Select the "Signature Type" and choose "Individual" or "Guardian/Designee".

3. If "Guardian/Designee" was selected, select an option from the list.

4. Add your signature and press "Done" when finished.

5. Select the "Proceed" button.

6. A pop-up message will inform you that you have been successfully punched out of the program. Press "Ok". You will then be returned to the home screen.
