Housing Subsidy Applications and Documents
OPWDD has developed a 2-part process for obtaining a Housing Subsidy approval:
Initial Application: Sometimes referred to as "Preliminary Approval", is a process to verify the Self-Directing Individual's eligibility for the program.
Final Application: A process to verify the setting, i.e. the apartment, home, or living situation and an individuals' ability to support themselves financially.

For all Housing Subsidy budget submissions, Budget Approval is required from the FI prior to seeking Final Approval from the DDRO.
