Rejected Invoices

There may be times where reimbursements have issues that need to be addressed. In such instances, the Self-Directing Individual or their Designee is responsible for ensuring the issues are addressed promptly. Failure to do so may result in delayed or non-payment.


Examples of issues that can result in rejection include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Incorrect & incomplete submissions

  • Insufficient funds

  • Late submissions

  • Missing/Outdated Prior Approval

  • Duplicated invoice
